The GM of the property was also visible and understand the hotel industry. Although i am very frequent visitor of Baku and stay in different hotels but i wish to stay again at this property."

"Nice and friendly customer service, organized early check-in and breakfast on first day. Average azeri breakfast, food items not very efficiently replenished when things are consumed. Be aware the hotel is build on top of metroline causing noisy vibration and noise in the rooms late at night/early morning. Secondly, blind curtains are 60 cm too narrow in the window leaving daylight in the room early morning. Not a place for light sleeper."

"I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday. "

"Very nice hotel on a quiet side street but near to major boulevards. A very good value for the money. No amazing views really to speak of, but rooms are nice, clean and modern. "

"La struttura si trova a due minuti dalla zona pedonale ed a circa 25 minuti dalla città vecchia. Personale gentile. La reception si trova al primo piano. La mia camera, una tripla, era grande con tutti i confort, dalle pantofole all'accappatoio. Ogni giorno ci davano delle bottiglie di acqua. Colazione molto varia, dal dolce al salato. Proprio di fianco c'è un supermercato"
