โThis property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didnโt have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didnโt have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! โThe room was perfect for the purpose of my visit. The staff were pleasant and present at all times. The atmosphere was good and the interactions with other persons at the hotel was upbeat and pleasant. I will revisit, and share about my experience with others. โ
โNothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room.
