Really nice hotel
This is a really nice hotel for a good price. The bed is really comfortable and the room was very spacious. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early as I just got off a 15 hour train ride from Kyiv. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot to choose from

The front desk lady - Tatiana, was very rude, unprofessional and not polite at the check out trying to charge me for unused services. I was shocked on her behavior and the way she taken to me. Same behavior she had with me other 3 business friends!!!
The hotel was full of noisy, smelly and hungry wrestlers.

Das Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warschau ist ein schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind schön groß, das Bad auch.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung!
der Service eigentlich auch, wir hätten uns eine Erklärung, was das "aus der Parkgarage rausfahren" gewünscht, so stand einer der beiden Wagen vor sich nicht öffnenden Schranken.
Ein weiteres Ärgernis war das einer der beiden Aufzüge während unseres viertägien Aufenthaltes durchgängig kaputt war
