"I enjoy staying at Park Lake. The rooms are big. Beards are comfortable. They have soap and hair for use. I bring my own lotion. Wifi works and so does heat and a/c. No complaints here"

"Clean but basic and dated and although we had a supposed smoke free room it smelled very smokey which almost made me just cut our losses and leave. Someone asked for a cigarette on the way in. Looks like most people here are rooming as more of a temp housing or long term stay. The fridge was open when we went in. You have to really slam the door or it pulls open. Check in was easy and the two at the desk were nice. It served it's purpose. Its close to Darien lake and there are some cute stores...

"We requested a handicap accessible room with2 queen beds . My husband’s walker did not fit through the bathroom door. It also did not fit between the end of the bed and wall going into the room. The bathroom had a low toilet and no grab bar to assist getting off toilet. These are not ADA handicap accessible rooms as they stated when I booked. The only positive with this stay was Debbie at the front desk."
