"Good location"

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but also very unkind. Area is a 5-7 mins Uber ride to Zurich airport but quite far to Zurich city centre."

"The woman that checked us in was super friendly! We went to old town Zurich for a few hours and when we came back our key did not work. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. She was rude and made it sound like it was our fault that our belongings were in that room. Even other guests were surprised. Front desk staff kindness is very important for guest experiences. I left my earbuds by accident and they claimed they were not found. Room was clean, spacious enough and breakfast was great."

"Wonderful location to the bahnhof and Coop grocery store. Both less than 5 min walk. 5 min drive to the airport. "

"We booked this room to be close to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "

"Lovely, welcoming staff (Jo was most accommodating and welcoming, along with the tall young man and the young woman at the front desk too!) It was so nice to be greeted in a warm way after an overnight flight and long, trying journey. The hotel was perfect in every way. Bed was very comfortable, loved that the window opened for cool fresh air(in May), breakfast was good with vast variety! The small suggestions for improvement are- add a curtain to shower so water doesn’t flood the floor, a bar to hold toilet paper (minor but kept falling on the floor) AC thermostat didn’t have numbers so we didn’t know how to regulate it, though it wasn’t needed when we were here, thankfully. The hotel is in an Awesome location near many restaurants & short walk to train station/trams, buses, metro."

"Tile in the shower, not clean. The lamps in our room did not work properly because of failing lightbulbs. The showerhead was broken and had to be replaced before we could take a shower. Just not a pleasant experience."

"Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable. Very modern room. Super friendly staff. Easy to schedule shuttle to airport. Easy 10 minute walk to train station."
