The apartment was anazing, and in a great location. Even with a UK phone number they emailed my communication and were very prompt and helpful. If youre looking for somewhere to stay in D.C I highly recommend

The apartment was beautiful, very relaxing and comforting. The latch to lock the door to the balcony was broken and a leg on a chair was broken also. The mattresses were soft but the place was immaculate. Washer and dryer was helpful and the bathrooms were very nice. They provided extra box fans too which is always a plus. There was a lot of gay pride stuff going on that the lobby of the tower was heavily promoting and I’m not a fan of that. I’m not against being gay, i am against promoting it forcefully.

Great apartment and nice contact to work with
Very good apartment. Building definitely older. The apartment was in better condition than the hallway rug definitely. The only issue was the first night was noisy. This was due to the location of the apartment. Side/back of the building so trucks backing up and one guy throwing stuff in his pick up truck. Second day was better except there was some paving taking place in the back -- beep, beep, beep!! It was annoying while I was working but the second evening was very quiet. The communication was excellent and they really cared about us having a good experience. I will be back!!

Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro station. Lots of cute coffee shop bakeries within a half mile.

Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door!
For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company I just started working for hosted a conference there. No room at the inn, so had to stay elsewhere.
