The location was very accessible to public transport. Breakfast was really good. Our room was fine except that the toilet flush needs to be fixed. It would be nice if there was complimentary slippers in the room. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

This morning when I checked out the guess services desk was not manned. I had to call in order to check out. I'm used to getting a receipt under the door or via email and neither happened. I had to call in order to enjoy I was checked out. The happy hour and wait staff was great! Although, several menu items were not available.

Our stay was amazing! Staff is very attentive, place is clean and lively, great breakfast and social hour. My son was celebrating his birthday there and we were welcomed to our room with birthday cupcakes and candles. We were so touched, thank you Maria from front desk for your hospitality and going above and beyond. Overall I could not wish for anything to be better during our stay.

Perfect place to stay for the week specifically because of location. Less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel lobby to the metro or the old town trolley. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location. Not impressed with the breakfast options- it was the same all 6 days and while I’m fine with that, my children definitely were not. Also disappointed with the pool/spa. Dirty and not updated. We went the first night, left quickly and did not return. I was bummed as that was something I was looking forward to.

From check in to check out, my stay was amazing, friendly, kind and helpful staff throughout the hotel, the room was nice and clean, also available for me earlier than check in time. I enjoyed the happy hour that was available to guests that included complimentary drinks and snacks. The buffet breakfast included was also delicious, recommend the omelette station where you can get eggs your way🤗 My overall stay was a 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites in Alexandria! Even though the hotel was under renovation, everything was well organized and the staff did a great job making sure guests were comfortable. Our room was clean, the service was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The renovations did not negatively impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was lovely. We loved having separate rooms. The breakfast was amazing and so was the afternoon cocktails and appetizers that were served. The only downside was difficulty finding a place to sit and only 1 bartender serving. Lines were long and people were getting 4 drinks at a time.
