Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was comfortable for my husband and myself. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Location of the hotel was convenient to metro and restaurants. Would stay there again

Incredible staff and comfortable hotel. The only thing missing was shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Otherwise, Perfectly happy stay!

I live and die by reviews and am picky. The pros: location-metro stop right across the street, lots of places to eat (that are good), super nice staff and safe area, the only cons are the walls are thin, heard lots of people using the restroom, pillows and matress arent great...nit the worst but too hard for my liking.

The room was not cleaned properly. One day they cleaned the bathroom but did not did the beds. We asked for conditioner and they refill it after three days.

We happened to stay while their ballrooms were being used so nights were a bit loud from the young visitors. No one controlled the noise after 10pm. Other than that, ok stay!

On entering room, problem with privacy shade (fell off the support). Coffee maker didn’t work. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress a we had to get it replaced. All that was taken care of promptly so not a big deal. Never had any problem with parking and we had a large suv. Plenty of spaces though tight. Getting elevators figured out was a bit funky. They had food available but we never saw anyone eat there. Pretty good restaurant right next door and we ate there twice. Location is convenient to drive into dc,, Arlington cemetery, etc. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Shower had no shampoo or conditioner, lobby attendant was very incompetent. Parking garage ramp is very steep and garage is sketchy. Overall, poor quality hotel. Stay elsewhere

There should be a light above the sink in the bathroom so you can put on your makeup instead of standing in a shadow. Trash should be collected daily

I usually like Hilton Family Hotels. THIS one, the front desk clerk at check in, very unhelpful, probably because she didn't speak english. Couldn't be bothered to log in my Hilton Honors number. Check in was also inconvenient because hidden side entry. With cars parked in front of the door, for long periods, nobody around, just cars. Breakfast was staffed with wait staff that didn't give a crap about anything. Took nearly an hour to get a bowl of fruit and two cups of coffee. And they tried to charge me the full buffet $16. Plus when I asked for the check, they disappeared, then a few minutes later came back to every table but mine, then disappeared again. Won't stay there again. On a brighter note, the morning check out lady, spoke english. And she got my Hilton Honors entered, and was very nice and helpful. Everything was fine except the other employees.

They charge daily parking but a parking space is not guaranteed. We arrived Friday night and stayed until Tuesday, parking garage at weekend is full and we didn’t have a space to park even we paid the daily parking fee.
