Everything we needed and expect. Bathroom—clean, well lit, plenty of towels, good counter space, mirrors, hot water. Beds comfortable, good pillows, AC adjustable to just how we like it. Room quiet. Restaurants have surprisingly good food and efficient, friendly staff. There aren’t restaurants in the immediate area, so we ate there several times. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly nor happy. We would stay here again. Location, location, location.

Our stay was wonderful. Perfect location for seeing the various museums of the Smithsonian. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds!

Our room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, room floor appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in some time. Overall condition of the room was run down and dirty. Location was excellent to accommodate our agenda to tour the national mall and other sites.

Very convenient to the Capitol/Mall area. Located pretty close to Air & Space. McDonald’s just outside the property if you need a quick bite. Hotel was nice and we enjoyed it.

The stay was great once I was reassigned to another room. My initial room was on 3rd floor and had an extremely strong mildew odor. The front desk was understanding, apologized and assigned me another room in 5th floor. I had no complaints after that. Parking garage was convenient and I love that there’s a Starbucks attached to hotel lobby. I would definitely stay there again!

This was my second visit to this hotel, mainly because of its proximity to the museums. However, during check-in, there was a delay of an hour due to the rooms not being cleaned yet. My booking agent tried to reach them multiple times, but they never answered the calls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great - just a couple of blocks from the Mall. It was great to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were ok, not dirty but just a bit outdated. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, a pretty good stay.

first thing was room reservation was for one king changed to two queen size not that bad but why? rooms clean but hallway outside needs someone to use vacuum attachment on all corners of floor I didn't look up. AC in room not working on last night of week stay was working upon arrival. I did report ac problem on checkout. TV channels not received, some of lower channels and guide, hbo?

Shower/bath didn’t seem clean with the bath liner on bottom. Also was did go down drain fast with shower on it fill bath. Room much smaller than expected. Elevator felt unsafe did get stuck at one floor for a second. Item left from previous occupant was on the floor tucked in a corner

I reserved a king room about two months before the stay. When I arrived they didn’t have a king room, so we had to get a two queen room for one night. Then we moved into a king room for the remainder of our stay. Kind of a hassle having to move rooms, but the front desk worked it out for the remainder of the stay.

I paid extra to get an executive room on a high floor and they gave me a room across from one that had apparently suffered water damage. The carpet and baseboard were torn up and they had a commercial dehumidifier and 2 fans running for my entire 3 night stay and refused to turn them off. Will never stay here again.
