I wish I could upload my picture but the room didn’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. It was filthy, old, doors didn’t have handles, the sink was bubbling SO LOUD every few seconds. It was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in, in my life. Thank god I was out walking a lot and not forced to be inside often. Do not stay here if you don’t have to!

Room was fine, free breakfast was good. What really put this place over the top for me was the staff, who really go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. Especially Antonece (I hope I spelled that right) at the front desk.

The floor of the room was not clean, one of the blinds was broken and it looked like it had been for a while, the indoor handle to the bathroom door was missing, the staff was very friendly however they appeared to be short staffed

Service impeccable, sachez par contre qu’il est préférable de réserver le stationnement à l’avance. Nous ils ont finalement pu nous accommoder grâce a une employée vraiment gentille et serviable. Il y a aussi Diamond à la réception qui nous a fait de belles recommandations d’activités. Personnel vraiment gentil et serviable. Le seul bémol était la propreté de la chambre, comptoir n’avait clairement pas été nettoyé, il y avait plein de sucre et le plancher de la cuisine avait des débris. Superbe emplacement pour visiter à pieds.

This property location is very convenient. However, they need to improve their customer service skills, cleanliness, and overall management of a hotel. The valet attendant was rude, terrible first impression. The lobby smelled bad, and was mostly unattended . The room had a pull-out couch that was impossible to open, and we had to move all the furniture around to be able to use it. The room did not feel clean, and the shower was just dirty. The breakfast area was a zoo every morning. Guests had to stand in line, waiting for the food to be brought out. Food items would come out in small batches, enough for a handful of people, so the line never ended. Employees were very disgruntled. It was like the team had never run a hotel breakfast before. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences to date.

The breakfast staff are superb and the daily buffet served is like brunch and it’s yummy. Their robust coffee is my fave. The front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful. The guest rooms are like micro apts. which I enjoyed the feel of home.

Location is really good, close to restaurants, convention center and nice site seeing. The staff is very helpful and attentive, always trying to help and checking on our needs. The breakfast in the property is very convenient.

Needs updating. Dirty everywhere I look. Different things in the room looked like they were broken or falling off. Walked in to dirty socks on the window sill. Won’t be staying here again.

Akzeptable Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln
Alles in allem eine akzeptable Unterkunft. Auf gar keinen Fall die oberste Etage wählen, diese ist halb so groß wie der Rest der Zimmer. Vollausgestattete Küche heißt drei große Teller, drei Untertassen, drei Schälchen, drei mal Besteck. Also gar keine vollausgestatte Küche. Außerdem sind die Bilder falsch. Es gibt keine Küche mit Fenster, daher sehr dunkel. Die oberste Etage hat auch keine Sessel wie auf den Bildern. Kaffeemaschine und Toaster funktionierten erst nach mehrmaligem Austausch. Frühstück ist fast immer das Gleiche. Fenster sind absolut nicht schalldicht und es kann sehr kalt werden, da absolut nicht wärmegedämmt. Zimmerreinigung bedeutet in diesem Hotel lediglich Handtuchwechsel. Volle Reinigung muss jedes Mal bei der Rezeption beantragt werden, und bedeutet lediglich, dass die Betten gemacht werden. Eine Reinigung mit Staubsauger oder feuchtem Durchwischen hat nicht ein einziges Mal stattgefunden. Außerdem ist auch die Lüftung komplett versifft. Bei der Waschmaschine für die Gäste gab es nur eine einzige funktionierende Maschine in drei Wochen, die aber ebenfalls absolut dreckig und verschimmelt war. Erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung wurde hier einmal mit dem Lappen durchgewischt. Das Business Center besteht aus zwei Computern in der Lobby, nicht nutzbar, da sehr laut. Alles in allem eine akzeptable Unterkunft, aber nicht auf die Dauer, die beworben wird.

I came early and my room was not ready yet. But they held my suitcases and parked my car and we came back later to our room, they were so kind. It was a pleasant stay, the breakfast was tasty as well.

We have stayed here before and had an excellent experience. Homewood /suites is one of our preferred brands. This time it was no better than average because of ageing furniture' poor tv; non-working phone for a while and it never was fully functional. A promised upgrade or 'complimentary offset' for the inconveniences never materialized.
