Perfect spot in the heart of Old Town! Very detailed instructions and the location was perfect. The only warning for future guests is plan your parking accordingly... unfortunately the parking garages in the area were closed for Labor day, so it made overnight parking a little difficult (just as it would be in any city, but I hadn't really considered it).

The property was safe, clean and efficient. Has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Parking is the only issue in ALL of Old Town Alexandria. We found the best for us was to park at the (2 blocks away) Cameron Street parking lot. Bring luggage on wheels and walk the 2 blocks in. You can also unload at the door and then park. There is a CVS down the street for any medicines or forgotten needs. Milk and Honey next door was a great restaurant. Make renovations and sit on the 2nd floor for a romantic dinner for 2. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The room was clean and very nice~! Loved the little amenities of the little kitchen, LOOOOVED the location! Everything was within walking distance, including the waterfront~! A very nice home away from home, and even gives some of us who haven't moved out yet a nice taste of what it's like!

Property was in the perfect location in Historic Downtown Alexandria. Fantastic restaurant all around. Short walk to the waterfront. Property was clean and quiet. Property had all of the provisions that I needed. I will be back :)

Property was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom was a nice surprise touch. Highly recommend and will stay again. A little pricy for the size of the room, but overall very happy with my stay

The room was clean and quaint. I love the clean white look, very nice! I did have a problem finding the light switch, it was a hidden a little deep behind the head of the bed, I had to move the bed to get to the switch. Otherwise it was awesome!

The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. I travel here for work, and it's conveniently a 5-minute walk to my office in Old Town. The space was clean, quiet, and made my business trip very stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time at Kasa House. It is the perfect location in a town with so much to do. My only qualm was the toilet, it has some issues flushing but I did reach out to Kasai and they responded quickly. When booking please note that they don’t come in and make your bed and bring towels unless requested I’m not sure if that is in the description and I over looked it but I didn’t stay for too long for that to be an issue. Overall, I enjoyed my time and I will definitely rebook! Great communication and great location, couldn’t ask for more.

Very helpful and responsive host! The water pressure from the sink faucet was a bit weak, and there was a faint unpleasant smell in the walkway, stairs, and near the entrance to my room (204), possibly due to its location at the back of the building. Other than that, the property is strategically located in the center and not far from the waterfront.

This place was a true gym needle in the haystack it was decorated amazingly the location was perfect we will be staying there every chance we get when we come back to Alexandria Old town. And one surprise we found is that the bathroom floors are heated that was awesome
