"Very accomodating staff. Problem is that the windows go to the street AND the restaurant which is highly active (music and party active) on weekends, and the rooms have no AC. So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!"

"Das war eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft und auch die Dame Frau Schwarz-Mach war sehr höflich und zuvor kommend. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Gerne würde ich, wenn ich wieder in der Region unterwegs bin, dort übernachten."

Habe im Großraum Wiener Neustadt schon viele Hotels besucht und leider auch viele Enttäuschungen erlebt. Wer die Ruhe und Idylle sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. "Great location - next to the train station: easy to get to airport or to take a train to a destination point. Also, not too far away from historical center. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was also good. Blanket was a bit surprising - too small even for one. Staff on reception were nice and helpful. The only cons is that the hotel is cashless - one needs to report in the bank about each beer taken in the bar. "
