“Excellent experience. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Nayara. Staff was excellent. We had a little travel hiccup before we arrived, but the experienced staff quickly fixed the problem.All the staff were excellent and always happy to help. We cant wait to go again. Our pool light was not working and they offered to change our villa (which we were very confortable) and since we refused they borrowed the golf cart instead for the full stay. You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! “We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The room was amazing, great air conditioning with lots of room. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, Samuel, our bartender at the Tiki Bar was an absolute joy! For only $5 we were able to have our laundry done for us, and the private boat was able to pick us up right at our own dock at the hotel. BUT, the Aqua Lounge across the water was a nightmare.
