"I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had become quite ill while travelling in England and was able to obtain an early check-in at the hotel. Staff was also great about providing me information related to obtaining medical help and arranging for me to be able to take a meal up to my room. Room was great - very clean and comfortable. "

"Although the surrounding area has nothing, other than the airport, to look at, the location is perfect for flyers leaving from terminal2. The staff are excellent and courteous. They also keep the facility clean and ready for guests. Some furnitures need replacement/renovation. The showering area is annoying because it is impossible to stop showering water splashing into the outer area. Replacing the glass partition with sliding shower door will overcome the proble. I am not a friend of the modern concept of open shelf’s and doorless closet, but they are functional."
