"My daughter an I enjoyed our stay! This was our first time. The gentleman at the front desk did upgrade our room upon checking in which was very much appreciated! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Check in and out process was very easy, the breakfast was great with variety and freshness, room was clean and in great condition. Only complaint is the pool was down while we stayed. "

"The hot tub is not currently working (3/2026). Not many towels available for the pool. The front desk woman was more interested in her iPad than helping customers. The breakfast was good, but the tables were not kept clean, no sanitizer available. Lots of children running the halls and the room above ours. Unfortunately, did not get much sleep. "

Service was terrible guy could hardly talk he was so stoned. stayed one night and went somewhere else. But was still charged for 2 days. Was not going to try and reason with a manager that was incoherent. absolutely terrible!"
