Hotel was absolutely disgusting and a horrible experience! I called the minute I got in the room and they didn’t have no one at the front desk! I then called the hotels.com rep the next morning as I had already lugged my newborn son, and a 4 year old and our bags into this filthy room! Bathtub was disgusting, walls leaking, bedding not clean, toilet wasn’t clean it was just horrible but I had a meeting in town that next morning early so we slept in our blankets we traveled in and washed up in the sink. I requested to move hotels and they refused just offered me another room! What makes me think any other room in this ran down “hotel” was any better? Hotels.com was no help either offered me a $25 credit when I asked them to refund me and put me in a better hotel with their credit for the next 2 nights I had to be there.
