โEveryone at this property was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance people. The breakfast was great and on time. This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn in years, and we were delighted. We usually stay with Marriott.

โGood luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...
โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
โThe first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.โ
โThe hotel has character. It has a nice downtown location close to the baseball stadium. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and I loved the free parking. It has a great helpful staff and the TV selection was unmatched. Thereโs a lot to like at the Inn on Broadway.โ
โI really appreciate a good staff who's also kind to their clientele and you had that especially on a July 4 th weekend. Very attentive. Thanks for a great stay. โ
โIf you want to stay in a truly unique place, this is it! I love the thought of being in such a historic building. The checkin process is via code/virtual, so I did not encounter any staff personally. Very walkable to many art installations, restaurants, and the Public Market. We will stsy again!โ
โThe best hotel in the area. In my experience, probably the best in upstate New York. Beautiful surroundings, walking distance to Starbucks and many restaurants. 15 min drive to downtown. Gourmet breakfast prepared by chef every morning was fantastic. Stayed 10 days for the business trip and it was just perfect for me. I will definitely go back. Don't need to hesitate.โ
โThis was a great hotel to stay in for the week. Free laundry was unexpected and very appreciated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.โ
