"Overall, it was a good stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing because the front desk was located right next to the restaurant, making it difficult to tell whether the staff were hotel employees or restaurant staff. One issue I had was that housekeeping did not clean our room even though we placed the sign on the door requesting service. After a long day of touring, we had to contact the front desk just to get fresh towels. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, responsive, and quickly provided extra towels and any other amenities we needed. I wasn’t a big fan of the location, as it is quite far from the Old Town. Since this is a Marriott property, I think I had higher expectations. While the service was good, it wasn’t quite at the level I expected from the brand. I may have visited at an unfortunate time, as the large shopping mall nearby was closed due to a holiday and Sunday trading hours. Without access to the mall, I didn’t see much advantage to staying in this area."

"The room was great. All beds was comfortable except one. The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast area was extremely nice!! However, apparently don't get many English speaking people. I speak very little German, but I tried. Check in was a little rude. **Please note the restaurant attached to not part of the hotel. We got there around 7 pm and decided to just to eat there instead of going elsewhere, the host was rude, told us we had to have reservations. He did find us a table, there were several. But we saw others just seat themselves in the outside area. The waitress was extremely nice though."

"This was 1 nite stay only, though the facilites and grounds are nice. The bathrooms could use a little more lighting and rooms could use a little brightening up, though overall this place has all you need for staying in the area. I did experience a wondeful dinner close to the hotel,a nd the neighborhood is lovely. This is an ideal place for families and those alike looking to enjoy the area, which is very beautiful!"

"The hotel itself was clean and ultra modern and the room was lovely. It is situated just outside of Salzburg, but the bus is easy to get to within a few minutes walk and takes you straight into the town centre. The only downsides are that there is nothing much in walking distance if you fancy a snack or to get some drinks. Ideally, it would be great if the hotel had a small shop to get these items or even a vending machine. The bar/ restaurant is closed after breakfast on a Sunday and Monday which is a bit strange and does not help the situation. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a bit of an upgrade but still quite comfortable. Comfy bed, free wi-fi and mini bar. Lovely, helpful and friendly stuff... spoke English well. Free parking in the underground below hotel. Overall very enjoyable stay. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it."

"Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night."

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening. Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business."
