"The airport shuttle was ridiculous. Every time we phoned the hotel they put us on hold or hung up. We had 3 people trying and one was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally called the main office and was put through to the hotel desk. We had our bags at the airport at 3:30 and finally reached someone at the hotel at 4:45!! The room was probably renovated in 1990. Awful. Our sink was blocked and my husband figured out how to fix it because no one showed up when I went to the desk to ask for someone to come up and look at it. No one came to clean our room the second day so I finally went downstairs and just asked for some towels. Couldn’t be happier to check out of there! "

"This property was clean and as advertised. The rooms had obviously been remodeled but one of the beds squeeked and the mattress was in poorer condition than the other. The staff was inconsiderate putting a elderly handicapped guest in one of the few rooms that didn't have an elevator nor was a ground floor. The woman cleaning the food area was rude and insisted my disabled mother get up from the bench so she could mop instead of her just waiting 5 minutes for the transfer it was obvious we were waiting for. During breakfast i'd heard/noticed her being irritated for having to do her job. This person clearly hates her work and had zero interest in guest experience. "

"I arrived around 4:20 PM when checkin was supposed to be at 3. The lobby was full of people (10ish) who were all waiting for rooms that were not ready. The front desk staff explained that they were short staffed. One group said they had been waiting since before 3 PM. When I spoke with the front desk staff, they said it would be a least another 30 minutes and did not even take my name down to ensure that there would be a first come, first assigned process. The young lady was very pleasant though. I was in town for an event, and went ahead and left to go to that and returned around 11 PM and found that one of the others in our party was assigned my single queen bed instead of 2 double beds that they needed. Not a big deal, just more evidence of sloppiness. My room appeared clean, but when I went to take a shower after walking around on the faux flooring a bit, there was obvious dirt that followed me into the shower. When I checked out the next morning, I discovered that the hotel charged only $127.09 but Hotels.com charged me $152.20. This is not HomeTowne Studios' fault and I will be following up with Hotels.com about the difference."
