โvery clean and quiet hotel. Oberlin conservatory is very close, only 2 minutes by walking. But there are no places for mart and grocery store near hotel. โ
โExcellent. I wanted to lodge more if I had more time and money:) Room was clean and bathroom was very neat. Facilities seemed quite new, and breakfast was good. It was a little apart from cleveland, but not too far. I would book this hotel again if I get chance to visit cleveland again.โ
โThe pool was larger than the pool in the 2 other hotels we stayed at on this vacation. It was clean, and the staff were great about bringing more towels to the pool area.
It had a very laid back feel. Families were playing card games in the dining lounge in the evening, multiple families at the pool, with kids playing games in the water. It was a nice chill evening after a long day of driving.โ

He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. โ
โAt 1st we were very worried about going to this hotel from the other reviews we read. But overall it was a nice place my concerns would be the halls where dirty, for a king size bed there was only 2 pillows and they there travel size ones and there was only 2 small towels. Also power went out over the night. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. โ

"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
