We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!

The room was wonderful, it was very quiet, romantic, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Great balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Beautiful old building that is maintained very well. Old and new in perfect harmony. The staff was very friendly and helpful Would love to stay there again

Perfect location, right next to the old town, but without the noise. Excellent breakfast, very rich and tasty. Plenty of place to park the car. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room is a quite small.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel!

Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Made my trip to Wernigerode even better!

Great stay!

We loved this hotel and can't recommend it enough! Location is perfect as it is a 1min walk from the center, yet still has free parking. Our room even had a great view of the castle! The hotel itself has a very charming aesthetic and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and extensive! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

A pearl in Harzen

Very nice hotel in placed 5 min from town center. The view to the castle is magnificent and the hotel is superb. Very nice staff and a fine pool area. If we come this way again we are sure to check in. Mit freundliche grüße

Wernigrode hotel - an excellent choice.

A lovely traditional hotel. Well appointed rooms even the small single I had. Excellent traditional German breakfast with lots of choice. Small well kept pool and outdoor seating in garden with views of the castle. Only five minutes stroll from the centre of the beautiful town of Wernigrode. Highly recommended.

Super tolles hotel ,sehr schönes Zimmer im hotel mit Sauna und Pool, sehr schönes Frühstück, war mal was anderes wie man es kennt, keine Buffet für alles sondern individuell für jeden Gast , nette und zuvorkommendens Personal... für uns 5 Sterne 🌟 und in bester Lage in Wernigerode.....

Das Frühstück wurde zauberhaft präsentiert. Tischdecke, Service . Was verbesserungswürdig wäre: wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer jedoch war nur ein Sessel zum Sitzen vorhanden. Die 2. Person musste auf dem Bettrand sitzen. Als Nichtraucher hatten wir etwas sxhwer, der Balkon wurde links und rechts von Rauhern genutzt. Das zog alles ins Zimmer. Das war sehr unangenehm. Alles in allem aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage, das Frühstück war phänomenal auch der Wellnessbereich hat gut getan, nur die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert, es wurde auch nicht viel unternommen um dies zu beheben, schade.

Das Haus ist individuell! Es hebt sich gegenüber Häusern in dieser Größenordnung positiv ab. Die Vorwahlzeiten f.d. Frühstück sind Anachronismus! Da müsste eine andere Lösung gefunden werden. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr, das Morgenmahl zu gestalten. Die Angebote sind gut und ausreichend.

Wir waren das erste mal in Wernigerode. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und zur Innenstadt sind es nur 2 Gehminuten. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr sauber, der Balkon sehr groß mit richtig bequemen Sesseln und Tisch. Der Ausblick zum Schloss ist toll. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ebenso wie das ganze Personal, klasse. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel. Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal , schöne und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Lage des Hotels ist super, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Marktplatz in Wernigerode und gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Marktstrasse), da fahren auch die Busse zum Hauptbahnhof. Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch in Wernigerode und werde natürlich wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Alles war perfekt, sehr saubere Zimmer, ein schönes Badezimmer, das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und lecker. Das Hotel ist nah zum Marktplatz (3 Min.). Ich komme gerne wieder.
