Then I realized this was the manager, one Bahaa. I asked him if that was him, and offered my hand. He merely said $25 dollars. The room itself is clean but very shabby. The linens are ragged. The water heater leaks. None of the electric sockets or lights work. Do not be fooled by the nice garden. Americans and Europeans whe expect professionalism will not be happy. I left the next day for a hotel free of the scams being run from this establishment. Make it easy on yourself, go somewhere safe and clean. "
