"This hotel has no front desk or physical staff, which we knew beforehand. Small glitch for us at the start when we received the text with our room number but without the code. We sent a text requesting the code and were good to go before we arrived at the property. We visit the area fairly often and found this place close to Polly's Pancake Parlor and Franconia Notch State Park. It is an older inn in good shape. Most of the first floor is dedicated to entertainment and access to a coffee machine(fresh ground as you wait) and filtered water. Also, there is a digital interface and phone that supposedly gives you a direct connection to the inn's staff. We did not use the phone but did see several people waiting to talk to someone when they arrived to take care of issues. We didn't hang around but it didn't seem like they were connected quickly. Our room was clean with goods views. Small bathroom and very tight in the shower. I am not a fan of the rain type shower-heads and this one was definitely too big for the size shower. We did want fresh towels after a couple of days and found some a floor down. The supply closet on our floor was low. In all, the views are great, clean room, so-so on the daily maintenance outside the room, close to what we were interested in."

"It’s a budget motel, but you get a nice place for the price. It’s spacious. Each room has a balcony overlooking green space with trees. There is a pool (it was closed for the season while I was there). It is safe and very clean. When I had any problems, the staff was quick to assist. Even though it’s dated, it’s a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"Was a good location to explore Franconia Notch State Park. Was close to the Kancamangus Highway and downtown Littleton. Lincoln is also close. Had a great meal at Sour's tapas bar. Was a quiant motel with only 8 rooms. Two chairs provided place to sit outside and enjoy the sunset."

The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Our room was large and comfortable. Excellent parking. A helpful and friendly staff. Attractive grounds. Highly recommended."

"Clean hotel rooms with good breakfast . Location is very convenient. Breakfast was good but management needs to add more staff in the kitchen to help during peak season like Columbus Day weekend . Rooms were not recently renovated but very well maintained , beds were good. I have a EV vehicle and all the superchargers nearby got super busy during Columbus Day long weekend . Hotel has a trickle charging outlet on the light pole in the backside parking lot , though it is very slow it helped me to plug in my EV mobile charger and saved my time. Staff were good too ! Only negative was one of the elevators were not working . Over all I recommend this hotel !"
