โThisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening...
โThe restaurant wasn't open due to staffing, but the building was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The inn has wonderful character you don't find most hotels these days.โ
โKristal was extremely professional and polite when I checked in. I told her I wanted to quiet room and she made that happen. She was very hopeful and the kind of person you hope will be behind the front desk !!โ
โLove this hotel and it is my favorite location in Asheville when traveling with my dog. I love the ability to walk the dog around Biltmore Village. โ
โThe place is located in a safe Neiborhood. It is quite and beautiful. The accommodations are nice with comfortable beds and a nice dining hall with a great breakfast. I would go back there again.โ
