This probably is the best hotel in Cirebon as of 2025 which isnt saying much. The building looks nice on surface but upon entering the room, it becomes rather clear that this building was built rather cheapily. soundproofing is non existent, you will hear conversation from next door as well as constant sound of water travelling through the pipes. the staff was nice and attentive. breakfast was solid

Everyone in the hotel were friendly professional and Amazing. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is super comfortable, the shower and washroom super clean. The swimming pool great suits every age. Loved the kids activities have lots to offers to families

I usually stay at this fcaility on my business trips and teh satff are very friendly and professional. Howver on my Decmeber trip and on this Jan trip, I had sent out my clothes for laundry but found my 2 pair of jeans missing. I usally do not check the clothes upon receiving but found a pair of jeans missing from Dec trip. I did inquire with the reception when I returned in Jan. They told me that they they take great care of the laundry so that items do not go missing. Howver the day beofre I cehcked out on this Jan trip, I received a note from the laundry departmnet that another pair of jeans from my laundry bag has gone missing. This time, I was really upset . The managers and the staff all went looking for it and finally found they delivered it to another room 221 instead of 332. This is what must have happened to other par of jeans in December. The laundry staff was defensive but had nothing to say, when I mnetioned about the wrong delivery. They got to improve !!!

Recommended hotel for family vacation in Cirebon

For family or ppl who wanna get relax, Aston Cirebon is the right place. It has children's playground, mini becak, free bike to go around the hotel area and horse carriage. Various breakfast, etc . The bed is very comfortable, the room is so spacious, and the staff are so friendly and polite. Wifi is excellent! They have almost all TV channels.

Had just a 1 night stay, the room is pretty spacious, however, Television is quite a small size and Bathroom should have more towels rack or towels hanger, and should have a shower handle instead of just the rain shower as it's very difficult to shower a child. Swimming pool water is way too cold (freezing). Might reconsider again if we want to stay in this hotel again.

Great family hotel

We had a great stay. We were traveling in big groups with children. The hotel provide a lot of activity for kids from mini rickshaw, putting golf to mini zoo. They also have bicycles for free, indoor playground and also kids dining section. The room was spacious, clean and a lot of amenities. Breakfast buffet has tons of selection and they rotate it every day. Overall we hd a very nice stay.

Hotel besar dengan desain modern dan void luas shg terlihat megah. Area sekitar hotel luas dan tertata baik. Kamar tidur jg luas. Makan pagi cukup baik hanya sayang di bagian makanan2 menu utama sudah dingin. Krn tanab yg luas maka lokasi hotel agak jauh dari pusat kota, tp tersedia layanan shuttle ke mall.

No hot water. Broken fridge. Horrible food. Cold food. So noisy we couldn’t sleep. The worst hotel we ever stayed at in Indonesia. We had to leave a day early because no hot water - or even warm water - plus so noisy from 6 a.m. through to early morning. No refund was offered.
