"The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge but not unexpected based on location. Will likely visit again when business brings me to the area."

"Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel because so many of the reviews mentioned how clean it was, but it ended up being the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I checked in just before midnight and immediately noticed hair on the pillows and sheets, a spill with buildup behind the bed it, and just clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Someone came up to change the sheets, but the room still didn’t feel clean. I checked out around 9 a.m. the next morning and didn’t stay the second night of my reservation. Management apologized and said it would be taken care of, but the timeframe they gave has passed and I haven’t heard anything back. My messages since February have gone unanswered and Expedia hasn’t been able to reach anyone either. Very frustrating."

"Great place to stay while in town. Walking distance to most of Chicagos downtown theaters and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing!!!"
