“I received no communication at all. Was told an email was sent but I didn't receive anything. It is just a small apartment with nothing whatsoever saying its name or address. Was at the supposed location for 3 hours trying to get contact. Hotels. com was eventually being helpful. But found the room myself 200 metres from the map location. Found it by mistake. Wish I hadn't. Worst place I've ever stayed in. Only plus, it's near the tram stop Damascus gate. ”

“First -- when you get to what seems to be the right address, look for the green door and push inwards (ignore the handle that looks like you should pull it open). This is essentially a rooming house in the religious Geula neighborhood, with basic and very comfortable amenities and touches of artistic flair in all of the public rooms. I loved my stay. The staff were tremendously friendly and accommodating, the beds comfortable and the furniture was homey albeit lived-in. Shower water pressure...
