Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. "The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."
