“Me and my family appreciated the room on the first floor without even asking us the staff gave us the easiest access since we were all exhausted and had children and senior who would have trouble climbing stairs. even though there is an elevator it would still be too much walking. the pool is amazing! everything is clean, quiet and not crowded. there is no chaos. it is very peaceful place. we absolutely loved it! and it's so beautiful! very adorable hotel!”

“This was a great experience me n my wife stayed for 2 days staff was so nice n friendly they truly appreciate the guests we will be staying hrre again on our next trip for sure we have paid triple this n got treated like wecwere just mo ey for there pocket not here they were repainting elevator called us to waitbtill we got back to start n offered full help on check out with bags as we were on 3rd floor ”

“I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense.
