“All OK - good location. Hotel looks very tired from the outside and inside beginning to look worn but overall a nice hotel in stay in with a good bar area. Breakfast was fairly basic.”

“We stayed in a "POD" located in the ground. The pod was well appointed with good decor. The kitchen area contained a fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, complete with crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery all you need for a comfortable stay. The shower room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable too. The restaurant provided a good menu at reasonable prices.”

“Amazing property, nice to stay out of Scarborough and have a peaceful village to retreat back too. The accommodation is so well decorated and has the wow factor. Highly recommend. Plus the pub is over the road with great food. Best for families with a car as not easy to get to on public transport. We’ll be back again very soon to try out another property in your collection.”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. We had a room in the annex. We could hear other people come and go and talking in another room, but quiet other than that. The pub was very nice.”

“I booked a double room but we were checked into a twin with no availability to move. The room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes. Unfortunately the beds were not that comfortable and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. The bathroom, however was beautifully appointed with a lovely shower and basin. “I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful and enjoyed sitting outside at the rear. There's no problem parking. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is, about the shower room. It needs something to put your toiletries on. There is a small glass shelf above the wash basin, but that is taken up by the complimentary toiletries and 2 glasses. Even without them it's only a small shelf.
