"Everything was terrific! Clean, kind and easy location. The breakfast was not ideal for me, as I have a dairy and gluten allergy so limited options, however that is standard. I reccomend!"

"This Hotel la Quinta Inn is a older hotel renovated. When we got to our room the room had roaches in it a total of 3, first one was in the closet and the second one was crawled out of the bottom of the little old rusted fridge they had in the room and the 3 roach was on one of the walls. I immediately contacted the front desk by my cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work and I showed them the dead roaches and they said they were sorry but they had never had roach problems before, I told them they do now and they gave us another room on another floor, the second issue was when my wife and I was using the elevator it made horrible sounds when in use and shook horribly so I td the front desk and they immediately put a out of order sign on elevator door after seeing and hearing it themself and the last issue is after my wife and I checked out of hotel room and was cleared of room and given my $100 deposit back later that evening/day the owner of the hotel charged my bank card $250 for a bogus charge saying we scratched his TV in the room and we never even used the tv at all and we were cleared of the room and given our $100 back and this owner fraudulently charged my card $250 and the hotel front desk when I called them about the charge said the owner did it later and refuse to give me back my $250. Some people are so dishonest."

"Do not bother staying here if you’re expecting basic human decency. The night audit at the front desk ruined our stay within the first minute of being in the building. Unhappy guest facing staff is not the way to make guests feel welcome!"

"I stayed one night because we were in the area for a concert. I will say, the room was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. There is a decent balcony if you like to sit outside and relax. The bathroom was clean. I gave this a four star only because there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There was not hand soap either. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the maid just may have forgotten it. Otherwise, I am happy with my stay. It’s very convenient to I-75 and the price was great. I would stay there again."

"The property is very outdated. Parking was ok. Cleanliness was ok. Air conditioning was great. Staff very professional and helpful. "

"We arrived late, staff was fine little weirdly sales pushy…. There was several concerning items that made us fearful of how clean the room really was. Finger nail on the floor dust covering all surfaces were the sheets washed? The towels wreaked of bleach. Fatima I think the cleaners name was, im not sure what you’re paying them for but expect it’s not much. The beds looked like they have been jumped on in a sense that they were not aligned with the box spring or frame hanging off etc. The location a room near the end of the hall (102) that side door needs attention it slams so lower you think someone just rammed into your own door. Lastly exposed wiring in the shower not safe."
