"We had an amazing stay here for 4 days. Excellent property to relax and rejuvenate. The JOYA spa was exceptional with professional staff. We felt pampered from the minute we walked in. We stayed to enjoy the salt water pool and ate lunch by the pool. Service, food and the pool were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. When we asked for some extra items, it was no problem. Staff were very accommodating. Beautiful, beautiful property. We loved it."

"We had a great stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Phoenix! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great with a nice selection of options. The location was one of the best parts—it’s in a great spot downtown and within walking distance of the major sports venues, which made getting around incredibly convenient. We were able to enjoy downtown without having to worry about driving or parking."
