"Basically, most everything was great. The location was great; the hotel itself is beautiful. All the staff that we interacted with were very professional and very helpful whenever asked a question. There were only two things that were problems. The first was the Wi-Fi did not work in the room we were assigned. After contacting the desk a tech rep came to our room. He told us the system was not working in that part of the hotel. I went to the front desk and conversed with the clerk and requested we be moved to another room. He was very quick to find another room for us and told me to call the desk as soon as we were ready to move and someone would be sent up to assist. I did as asked and a worker arrived and assisted with the move to the other room. The only other thing that was difficult was the bathroom in the second room. It was very tiny. There was barely enough room to move about when using the toilet and when using the shower. However we made it work. These were the only faults/difficulties we encountered."

"Located near lots of sights and restaurants/bars downtown and still walkable to Slabtown. Only 2 blocks from the Tri-Met, too. Beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure, and the walls aren't thin. The bar downstairs is pretty nice, too. Downtown Portland is what it is, but this location is convenient and safe. Unless the prices skyrocket, I'll likely keep staying here."
