Hyatt House Chicago West Loop
For a Hyatt hotel, this was meh at best. I paid extra for higher floor room. But my view was still not great, for it was the opposite side of the downtown. Now I know that not everyone will get the good side. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel it’s wrong to charge extra for the rooms with poorer view. ...

The Neighborhood Hotel-Little Italy
This is a hidden gem. Room is spacious and clean. Supplies are provided for cleaning dishes and even laundry pods. Much better bang for your buck vs. a traditional corporate hotel brand. Will stay in their North side location next time!
