Jedoch wurden die Zimmer nicht immer ordnungsgemäß gereinigt, dass ich am Boden noch Haare und Dreck befand nach der Zimmerreinigung. Die Rezeption war durchgehend nicht besetzt und der check in erfolgte in einen Nachbargebäude. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist etwas klein aber ansonsten sicher."
"Just returned home after stay in Apartment MyLodge for 8 nights. Even though it rained every day, I can't recommend the apartment and overall stay enough!! We had probably our best family holiday ever with an 18 and 19 year old. We used the infinity pool and gym many days and what a bonus to have a sauna in your apartment. "Zeitweg is a very quiet town. Self service motel which was easy to register in. Lack of lift a minor concern for me being retired and having dodgy knees. No trouble parking, quiet part of town although heard a lot of trains going through local station. Room was very cllean and tidy and had a good nights sleep."
"Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place."
