"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
Upon arrival, my room was not ready, despite checking in at the scheduled time. After waiting, I was finally given a room that had an overwhelming bleach smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The room did not feel fresh or properly prepared for guests. The pictures online definitely do not match the actual rooms. The room looked much older.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay, and it was clear that maintenance issues had not been properly addressed.
What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Hospitality starts with customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that area. Guests should feel welcomed, valued, and respected, but that was not my experience. Based on the poor service I received, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
For the price paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Between the room not being ready, the strong chemical odor, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the unhelpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."
