"We had a great stay at the Accent Inn in Richmond. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made for a very pleasant stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around the area easy. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a new hotel that is clean and modern. I stayed in the smallest possible room (compact full bed). The room was large enough for one person but there is no desk or other place to work. There is just a stool near a small shelf which is not large enough to rest a laptop on. So I had to balance my laptop on my lap, which was not ideal. The sink is small, which is not great for shaving or washing your face or balancing toiletries nearby. The toilet is indeed located in the shower area as others have reported. I did not find this to be a problem, but you will need to wear shoes when using the toilet after having a shower: otherwise your feet will get wet. Noise transfers readily from room to room. In the middle of the night, I could hear my neighbours going to the bathroom and walking around. It sounded as if they were in my room. The bed also appears to have a metal support/frame that is very creaky. It made lots of noise every time that I rolled over and my neighbours probably heard it. What other reviewers say about the lack of an elevator is true. However, I was travelling light so it was not a problem to carry my baggage upstairs. Overall, the price was right and I would stay here again. But anyone who is thinking of booking should bear in mind the potential compromises that I have noted."
