"Very nice hotel, located directly on the lake in front of a marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant has a good selection of food and nice ambience. Good buffet style breakfast. We booked a superior double room and were instead given a magnificent 70 square meter, two bedroom suite on the top floor … a surprise upgrade. It did not have air conditioning but was still comfortable with the windows open. The style of the hotel is dated but that’s a big part of it’s charm,...
"Nice location. We didn’t need a car, because it’s only ten minutes walk from train station and ten minutes walk to old town, just across the bridge.

"Wonderful location a block from the lakeside promenade and a block from cobbled pedestrian street Maximilianstrasse. Well constructed and cozy rooms and a cute breakfast area. Somehow I missed that breakfast was included - would have been good to mention more prominently. Also difficult to figure out the room heat and A/C system. Minor points!"
"We had the romantic studio which was very cozy situated just below the top floor with a nice wooden frame ambiance. Though located in the City Centre it was quiet and just a few steps to the Stadtsee.
Absolutely recommended."
"Great location and reasonably priced. Lodges are a good size but there is a real issue with cleanliness. The whole lodge required a self clean before it was ready to move into. I do not believe that the cleaners at this park actually do their job. The Aqua Mundo is very good and there is plenty of activities to book. Staff were friendly. I would advise against booking this in the heat of the summer as the Market dome is not air conditioned and acts like a greenhouse. We have done 6 Center Parcs throughout Europe and this scores averagely in comparison. "
"Reception on floor 1, but check-in was in the restaurant/bar on floor 0. Took a bit to figure this out. Air conditioning was struggling to cool the room--probably due to dirty filters (there wasn't much airflow)--but the neighborhood was quite quiet and the night air was cool which allowed us to cool the room quickly just by opening the windows. Great place to stay right in the heart of this charming town!"
"The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. I was unfortunate with the weather when I arrived as the views of the mountains were clouded, however the next morning it was a much clearer sky to be able to see all the views. Lovely location."

Poor check in because I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. At check in I was not given wifi access account and wifi password. The front desk is unstaffed starting at 10 pm."
