"The hotel was okay. The room was fine and the breakfast was quite good. Otherwise, it's a bare-bones property. Food services are very limited; at dinnertime one can allegedly choose from various pizza and pasta options (nothing else), but when I stayed there I was told at 7 pm that the kitchen was closed - apparently because of some technical issue. There is a nearby convenience store where you can get sandwiches etc., and I was told there's a nearby restaurant as well, but I didn't check it out. Some staff members were quite friendly, others less so. None appear to be native speakers of either English or German. There is no shuttle service to the airport, but taxis are readily available, costing about 12-14 euros to Terminal 1."
