I had an incredible stay at Silver Sands Resort. The rooms were immaculately clean—truly some of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The staff was absolutely wonderful: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
While the property is older, it’s very well maintained and has a charming, nostalgic feel that adds to its appeal. Everything was in great working order, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

The bikes provided were safe and easy to ride the 4 miles/30 min. to south beach. Massage therapist was very skilled and relaxing in the pines with fresh air flowing and birds chirping was rejuvating. I visited solo for 2 nights but I will return with my husband to experience the fall foliage. ”

“We were very pleased with our overnight stop in Ionia and the Super 8. Check-in was quick with a friendly person, our room was clean and cold (which was welcomed because of the heat outside). The property was near the highway we were using for our trip, and the town had everything we could ask for. There is a large gas station next door, which was convenient as we arrived late and I needed Advil.”
