“A very rustic/ authentic place to stay. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Well worth $45 a night .!Room was clean but simple. Only one thin blanket on the bed . AC worked well. Limited English . Overall a nice place to stay. Area surrounding didn’t look safe to explore so if your staying one night and eat in the motel it’s all good. Owners daughter brought the little kids donuts. There is a solo monkey in a cage and a few cats to look at . Didn’t see any stray dogs so that’s good . ”

“Totoco ecco resort has a magnificent view of the conception volcano which was the best part of our stay. You can also watch the breathtaking sunset while enjoying drink. The staff is exceptional. A few things to keep on mind. The resort is on a steep hill and requires transportation that can go up rough terrain. Also it would be wise to bring a flashlight as there is no lights when walking path to your cottage. Also be aware of insects infestations like ants, and creepy crawlers. This is to...

“This is the second time my we have come here. We highly recommend booking the cozy air conditioned cabin. We met the owner Liam, who is a really kind gentleman. He was kind enough to allow us to light two candles for Passover. The whole experience was so wonderful. The breathtaking views, helpful staff, and Doña Maira’s carefully prepared delicious cuisine made us not want to leave. This is a very special peaceful place whether you’re healing from surgery or enjoying a special day.”
