“There was an issue with the light over the sink and there were no bulbs available to replace it. The front desk staff and the manager went above and beyond to communicate with us. Due to the inconvenience of not having a light to see to brush teeth, apply makeup, fix hair, etc., we are being issued a partial refund. Despite this issue, I would stay here again due to the excellent communication and customer service!”
