“Mosquitoes in the room. I killed one mosquito using spray. But spray quickly was empty. Bathroom was dirty. Especially glass cups were dirty. Housekeeper didn't wash the glass cup. ”

“Hotel conveniently located right beside Red Sea Mall but very dated and in bad state of repair. Old furniture, very tired carpets, leaking air conditioner etc. ”

“Overall a clean property. I was traveling with my mom who has arthritis - convenience for an elderly with health issues was something we were looking for. The facility has elevator so that was a plus. However, the bathroom in our room did not have handrails, not to mention, no shower curtain or door - it was a half glass shower area which caused water to splash outside of the shower area, which made things very unsafe.
