"I love Oasis 212. So many positives which all come together and deliver a wonderful stay. The food is absolutely fantastic, comparable with a lot of five star hotels, We arrived at about 2 pm and were offered lunch, a wide variety of grilled fish and meats, totally delicious. I had roast lamb in the evening, this was absolutely amazing. The staff are all lovely….. The beach cabins are very spacious the beds and bed linens good quality. I read a few reviews that were critical of the Wi-Fi, I have actually been quite impressed with the Wi-Fi, it appears to be seamless across the entire site. Would I come and stay again…? Absolutely!"

"I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café. Cleanliness was shocking: the pool restroom was filthy with urine all over the floor, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to clean it. The room itself looked nice but lacked maintenance—broken bathroom curtains, a shower that flooded the entire floor, and a terrace door that barely opened. Despite informing them it was my birthday trip, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge it. Overall, the resort looks good on the outside but fails in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. It is not worth the price or the 5-star rating and I would not stay here again or recommend it since there are a lot of better options."

"Un lugar que te atrapa desde el primer día Estuvimos una semana en Lagon Energy Dakhla y todavía estamos procesando lo increíble que fue la experiencia. El sitio es precioso, todo está cuidado con muchísimo detalle, las instalaciones son nuevas, cómodas y pensadas para que simplemente disfrutes. Desde que llegamos, el equipo nos trató con una calidez que no se ve todos los días. Siempre pendientes, siempre con una sonrisa, haciéndonos sentir como en casa (¡o incluso mejor!). La comida… de otro planeta. Cada día era una sorpresa, y cada plato estaba hecho con amor. Y el entorno... qué decir. Amaneceres mágicos, tardes con viento perfecto, gente buena alrededor y esa sensación constante de estar justo donde uno quiere estar. Algunos hicimos kite, otros descansaron, pero todos nos fuimos con el corazón lleno. Es difícil poner en palabras lo bien que lo pasamos. Solo podemos dar las gracias y decir que volveremos, sin duda. Si estás dudando, no lo pienses más: este lugar tiene algo especial."

"West Point Dakhla hotel is exactly as advertised, I booked a bungalow with beach front which was nice, the beach is just a few steps away. The only thing they don’t tell is the staff is amazing, friendly and organized. All of them care for the client’s comfort. The food is ok with the unique Dakhla taste. The installation is safe and well maintained. I didn’t use the tour services, but the airport transfer was great. In case I come back to Dakhla, definitely I will look for this place."
