Western Shore of Maryland, Maryland hotel rooms at the Loews

"When we arrived the front counter said our room was clean but they cleaning staff need to check it before it was ready. After waiting an hour we left for our dinner reservation. When we got back 2 hours later, there was still confusion if our room was ready. Finally we got our room. We where not the only ones caught up in the mess. The next morning the line for the breakfast was insanely long, so we went somewhere else to keep our day going."

"They forgot to give the breakfast voucher when checkin. So I had to go back to the front to get it in the morning."

"Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it. It seems like they did not do a good job in the maintenance and keep it clean. We were afraid and did not want to touch the water in the pool. It was such a big mistake to have booked this place. I would not be going back there again. "

"room ac/heat didnt work. was hot all night. bellman left bags at front for 1 hour before i had to get them myself. pool heater didnt work, water was less than 70F"
