"the room was not very clean. the pool here is maybe the worst i’ve experienced in vegas. how do you have 2 pools and the only chairs around the actual pool are only for rent? the only free chairs are on this large concrete pad nowhere near the pool. the spa is nice but they are way overcharging for facials. i thoroughly enjoyed my massage. i totally get charging for late check out but charging for early check in when a room is already clean and ready to go? overall this place is just okay. "

"The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. When we tried to report it to the staff they were very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain to them what happened. No apologies were given. Just a “yes this has already been reported” and a hang up. If it was already reported why were my children allowed to jump in? "
