I am very sorry to hear of your challenges with our internet service during your stay with us. I am very surprised to hear of this challenge as the property recently installed 52 new lines/access points to widen our wireless coverage at the hotel. Once completed, our vendor went to each guestroom to map our systems coverage and internet speeds. This new coverage is far greater than what was previously in place. I am also surprised to hear of your inability to obtain a glass. All of our guestrooms are full equipped with glasses/coffee cups. In our breakfast area there is always coffee cups available and in our gym area there is a water cooler with complimentary water/cups.
