"This hotel was beautiful and in a safe location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? We’re still handling check outs.” After a long morning of travel, I was turned off by her unwelcoming attitude. The manager onsite was able to assist and get me into my room quickly & as planned."
