Chartre' Manor Bed & Breakfast
4.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (26)
"A very lovely welcome from host from Anna-Marie to Chartre Cottage. The weather was dull, but the view from the cottage was excellent as your stay was on a hill overlooking the town of Thames and the bay. Cottage was lovely, fresh, warm, well stocked with equipment for a meal in and plenty of supplies for breakfast - Thankyou. Well recommended for a stay."

"I really liked the spa pool, in the lush gardens, just beautiful. The view on the front deck overlooking the sea, stunning. Great hosts, and a lovely breakfast. The hosts advised there was a market in town, which I really enjoyed. "

Hahei Bed & Breakfast
4.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (43)
"We truly appreciated the hospitality as they pointed us to a place to eat (with warnings that the kitchen would close soon) as well as a suggestion for kayaking. Phil also patiently bore us to the kayaking place when my daughter and I got turned around. They even allowed us a shower after kayaking and after our checkout time. The best part was they bore with us as we overstayed our check-out while trying to get on a new flight when our flight was canceled. Thank you for everything."

"This is a great location in Tairua. We had the two bedroom upstairs villa which is a little dated. Huge main bedroom and ensuite. The second bedroom was combined with a lounge so nowhere really to sit for a chat without being in with the kids. The kitchen was really just a couple of cupboards and a bar fridge. But all was very clean, beds comfortable, great location. The managers were lovely. We will stay again."
