"We just had a small birthday getaway at this resort. The room was not cleaned to the best it could have been. Other than that it was a great place I enjoyed the casino and all the dining options and the parking"

"The hotel itself was really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the food and drinks were not the best at all. I would rate both about a 4/10. The prices during the summer are also outrageous, especially considering that the resort is not all-inclusive. As for the spa, I would give the overall experience a 5/10. The pool area is extremely small for the amount of guests they accommodate. They also give you about 2 hours to enjoy and explore the amenities, which felt very limited considering the price. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and clean, but the food, drinks, spa experience, and pricing could definitely be improved."

"Windows were pretty dirty but the beach view was pretty. Room was missing coffee machine or kettle (despite there being coffee and cups on the side) I asked for help but it never arrived. Also had to wait a while to get my stuff being held by the bellhop after checkout and despite a REALLY lovely woman on the front desk calling people multiple times, it took a while to be sorted. But great hotel and great location apart from that"

"The Penn’s View was lovely in every way and very conveniently located for all we went to do in Philly. I would rate it 100% except for 3 rather minor things. We could only get lukewarm water in the bath/shower, the jacuzzi didn’t work ( but that wasn’t a high priority), and the room had a little damp odor when the AC wasn’t turned on high. The service was excellent, and the value for the cost was very good. We will book again."
