For future stays, there is a free shuttle bus that stops directly in front of the Woodrun Lodge that will take you to the Village in 5 minutes. It passes every 15 minutes.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Woodrun Lodge with Whiski Jack Resorts. I am sorry to hear you feel as you were misled for your stay and were provided incorrect information regarding BBQ’s prior to arrival. We are in the process of fully training our new staff and sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. The Woodrun Lodge Strata rules currently do not allow for any BBQ’s on the property. I am afraid because Whiski Jack Resorts was not informed regarding the hot tub closure, we were unable to provide you with this information until it had been brought to our attention by yourself. Whiski Jack Resorts guarantees one parking pass per booking. I am sorry to hear the Woodrun Lodge front desk was unable to assist after they had closed, although I hope they were able to assist you the next morning. As for dishes, we are just a phone call away at any time during your stay if you are having any issues including levels of cleanliness. We strive to provide a welcoming fresh arrival to all our units, but clearly failed on this occasion. I can assure you that this is not a standard of Whiski Jack Resorts. We appreciate your feedback and comments as they are used to improve our guest's experience. We hope you will consider staying with us in the future.

We are a property management company and manage units within 10 different properties across Whistler so we need to have a unified check in location for all which is why we are located in Creekside.
