The units we stayed in were clean and comfortable. There was an unexpected mechanical maintenance issue that required the pool to be closed for the duration of our stay. I spoke to an agent who gave us another upgraded unit on our last day, as they were unaware of the pool being closed for an extra two days. We were told we could move over to the unit at our leisure that day, but when we got there I ran into trouble as the next agent was reluctant to give me necessary access codes to the unit, beyond the first one time access code. The first agent had told me there would be no problem getting another code if needed, as the assigned access codes for the unit would come into affect at 4:00 p.m. Had to do some strong negotiating with this agent. The first agent was now on lunch. Agent number 2 did come back to me giving me another code and changing my access code assigned to the unit to start at 2:00 p.m. after speaking with management. I had to call in again as the access code I got only worked for the parking garage. Agent 3 “Ray” was very kind to help us out and also arranged to have a resort employee retrieve our pizza from the previous unit that we forgot. We enjoyed our stay at the Woodrun, the deck was nice overlooking tree tops. Our stay at the Ironwood was very nice too, we enjoyed a nice swim in the pool. Communication was a bit of a problem though, stressed me out a little on our last day there, as I was wanting to just unpack into the replacement unit.
